Bill Ryan's Project Avalon interviews a former minion of the so-called "Rulers of the World," whose identity is being withheld for his safety and who is being called "Charles" for the purposes of the interview.
"Charles" explains how he became a minion by performing criminal services but he recently defected because he was caught trying to enrich himself improperly and was therefore given an unspecified a terminal illness. If we are to believe him, this relatively young man has 2-5 years to live and that he's doing this interview because "He wants to kick them in the nuts," to use his words.
Prior to this interview, conducted in late December 2010, Charles had entered into contact with Project Avalon Producer, Bill Ryan in August 2010 with the purpose of "Bringing you into my confidence & totally 'disinfo-ing' you." However, Charles found that Bill was a "nut" who was "harder to crack" than he'd expected.
Charles says he's allowing the events that spiral out of their interaction and interviews to resolve themselves in a "fair" way. Charles thinks that Bill doesn't have a snowball's in Hell in making a difference in the status quo and as for himself, he is not going to be around, anyway, due to his terminal illness.
Charles begins touching on the subject of how genetically, there are bloodlines of people -- not necessarily family names -- and that those people have known things for thousands of years and that this is why 2% of the people own 98% of the world's wealth.
He says there are 427 bloodline which are relevant and these are controlled by 33 bloodlines. The 33 are the self-described "Insiders". They know the "whole story"; It's like a religion to them, which Charles doesn't really care too much about. (Later on in the interview, he confesses that he doesn't really care what happens to Earth or the human race, for that matter).
Bill moves the interview along, saying that the man on the street is uneasy because he can feel that major changes are on the way. He asks Charles to describe "the Monster."
Charles says of the 33 bloodlines, that "These people are so wealthy that when they pull their money out, it effects everybody," and he further states that the accumulation of wealth requires that one play dirty, at some level," pure and simple.
When asked by Bill, "What changes might we see?" Charles replies, "Firstly, 2012 is total rubbish." It's a diversion from the real issues at hand and the 33 are happy about the 2012 meme.
Charles goes on to describe the alternative media from the point of view of the 33 as a "circus" and a "comedy show" that suits them because it takes away a potential source of the problem by preventing them from waking up and seeing what's really going on. The alternative media is considered to be totally entertaining by them.
Charles says, "Disinformation is the most valuable thing in the world," and that the 33 don't want to see "Anything that leads to relevant discourse."
Charles says that some individuals have come very close to piecing everything together because it is all available in the public domain but he says, "It's always been put in the wrong context!"
He says crackpots who have been found to be useful idiots "have been funded."
He says that 70% of what's in the alternative media is "rubbish" (being extra generous because it could really be up to 90%).
Of the 30% or less of the information propagated in the alternative media that people are concerned about he says, firstly, that the one thing that no one need be concerned about is a full-blown nuclear exchange. "It's not going to happen and if it were, it would have happened by now."
"In 1983, we came *that* close -- or it was 1985 -- between Russia & the US. It's pure nonsense and it ruins everything so if it was going to happen, that was it and they don't want that...People have wasted money on nuclear bunkers." However, he does say that, "Mistakes happen. Nuclear mistakes happen but there's no perceived plan for a nuclear war."
As to 2012: "That some massive phenomenon will destroy the Earth. Bollocks. I've been told we are are a binary [solar] system but that's not dangerous, in itself."
Charles says it might be good to be "electromagnetically protected" around that time (2012 solar maximum and/or imminent geomagnetic reversal).
Charles says that there is going to be a problem with the poles (geomagnetic reversal); that is not seen to be a major problem -- although, that's what the millions of underground bases are for.
Charles admonishes anybody who is "on the take" or financially corrupted by saying, "If you're looking for the villain in the whole thing it's you lot -- those people (minions) who are taking the money and running," selling out the rest of humanity.
He says that having a farm would be good -- if you know how to farm. "If you want something to worry about, this is what to worry about: Corporations controlling Genetically Modified Foods."
He explains that the large corporations truly believe that Genetically Modified foods are the only way to feed the growing world population and they think that anyone who is against it is "evil" because they would make people starve. However, Charles says that, "It's mathematically inarguably the case," that the GMO is the only way to feed 7 billion people.
However, this seed cannot reproduce and if something disrupts that system -- it's not a matter of "if" it's a matter of "when" it will have become clear that these corporations completely control the food supply and that they are considering the creation of a deliberate state of famine in targeted areas.
He says, "If you live in Brazil, you're going to be alright." He says, Europe, the US "Will make out OK." He says, going to South America and forming a community and generally being non-combative would keep you safe.
Charles says, "We've been debilitated so much. If you can farm, you've got a jump. If you can't farm -- now, you just *know* you're screwed."
He says the "Telly is the opiate of the masses" [Not sure if this includes the Internet. -- Alexandra] He challenges the viewers to turn it off for 14 days: "It'll change your views on everything."
Charles agrees that the 33 are rigging a Darwinian situation, where only the strong will survive. People who are equipped to solve problems, etc. At the end of the situation, you'll have the human race 2.0.
When asked why would they want to do this? Charles explains that it's an upgrading of the millennial human experiment. "It's a trimming of the fat that shouldn't have been there to begin with." The 33 believe they're "saving" the human race by depopulating the chaff. They believe they're doing the "responsible thing."
The way financial people look at a corporation is exactly the same. The reason why the depopulation programs are secret is because the information would upset a lot of people but Charles reasons that, "If the planet is going to break; it's got to be fixed. The 33 believe planet Earth is broken and they plan to fix it.
It's Charles' personal opinion that this is the case, unless he could be given a viable explanation for an alternative solution, which he thinks would be doubtful, in the face of all the evidence amassed by the 33 and by momentum behind depopulation they've put in motion.
When asked if he had anything to say about the context and backdrop of the history of the human race, Charles says, "I've been shown documents and told things about the pyramids that have made sense," but he hasn't jumped on the bandwagon of anything.
When asked about extraterrestrials, Charles says: "We are being conditioned to accept that they exist -- but not for the reasons you think. They don't want anything to do with you. Let's call a spade a spade: they're there. They exist. It's not a matter of conjecture. But that's no big surprise to a growing amount of people. It's impossible to hide the reality."
Charles refers to the Space Shuttle footage of a 2-mile object recorded from a Canadian cable station satellite dish by [ ], involving a tether. He says that this is an important piece of evidence.
He then says, importantly: "It's not a ship. You should regard space as more like the ocean." He goes on to say that "There are large creatures and small out there."
Then, he says he has a axe to grind. He describes a ship from Orion that crossed intergalactic space and crashed in Nevada. He says, "Rubbish! It didn't crash, it got shot down!...It *wasn't* an accident." [Not sure, here if he is referring to the 1947 "crash" at Roswell, New Mexico. -- Alexandra]
There was a manner of bringing down the craft discovered by accident, which amazingly worked. "It was a lucky hit." Then they back-engineered the craft and got better at particle beam weapons and all manner of technologies.
Bil: "So, it was the Americans, mainly -- or were there other countries?"
Charles: "Mmmm. Let's drop the borders and nationalities -- it's not --"
Bill interrupts, "So the ET reality was not planned. And that caused a problem?"
Charles: "Mmmm. You know what we're like. *We* want to be the visitors."
Bill: "So, that's what the depopulation is all about. They want to create a space crew. A new breed of humanity that is well-equipped to go out into the Cosmos, like the Crusaders."
Charles: "Yeah. Like the Crusaders."
Bill: "So, with the spirit of Crusaders and the technology to go out into space."
Charles: "There isn't any doubt that we're going to be planet-hopping within the next century. Are you in any doubt that the technology isn't already available?"
Bill mentions the Mars base and whether he's heard of it. Charles says, "Yes." When asked if he can say anything about it, he says, "No."
Bill says that he's spoken to a lot of people who claim to know a lot about these kinds of things and they say that we have a lot of technology "That would make the Space Shuttle look like a Model T or a horse and buggy."
Charles: "I'll say something that's never come out. You know how you hear of sightings in Mexico, where they're a mile across and then sightings in Nevada and they're 600 feet across and triangular? So, how about there being 10 triangles and they're flying in formation and they can split and fit back together again, while they're in motion? It's modular."
Q: "And these are ours?"
Charles: "Yeah. And you can see how confusing this is to people, because one day, it's a star and the other day it's a triangle and then it can split up up and go in all different directions. It's *got* to be extraterrestrial, hasn't it? If it can split -- when it was one craft and then disappear quite quickly?
"Imagine if you knew *that* technology, meanwhile the man in the street is lugging stones around. I mean, look at how much *you've* learned over the months and how it's changed your view of things. So times that by a million, then put 5,000 years in the spin. So it's not a case of how far the technology is ahead of you -- how can I put it into words?"
Bill: "I know what you're saying. And you're saying that some of these crumbs have fallen off the table into the public sector but a lot of it is kept by the Insiders for use in their own programs."
Charles: "Yeah! To keep the jump on everyone else, you can't tell them what you're doing but when you don't need to do that anymore and you could make a lot of money off of it, to further your agenda then you do and you go to Beijing and give them those crumbs."
Bill asks if there are any things that the American military, i.e. the Military Industrial Complex are working on that the 33 are not party to?
Charles: "Yes -- but only because they don't *want* to be party to it. If they became interested in it, there would be nothing out of their grasp. They'll financially help it along, stop it, control it. You can't have more power than they have."
Bill talks about how the 33 have the ability to affect destinies of nations, "And you have said that each of these 33 could be seen as nation-states, in themselves, in terms of being able to shape policies."
Charles: "Yes. This thing of nationalities is pointless, all of that. It's part of the disinformation; it's part of the 'education.' It makes you fight amongst yourself: 'Divide and conquer.'
Bill: "Can you say anything about what geopolitical changes we might expect?"
Charles: "New World Order? Yeah."
Bill: "The North American Union..."
Charles: "Yeah. If it can help the plan. It's all on the table. But if you draw attention to it, they won't do it -- and your credibility will go out the window, basing on your longevity, the audience's longevity...but if you know anything about economics, you know there's going to be a One World Government. It's the only way it's going to go. It's GOT to!"
Bill: "There's likely to be the removal of borders --"
Charles: "Financial borders. Borders won't be removed because that's how you keep people at adversity with each other….
Bill: "Is it going to be convenient to set up a False Flag operation, to make it look like a ET invasion?"
Charles: There's no doubt, that's on the table. That's what the craft are for -- that's what the modular things are for. Which is a crescendo -- which is that is when *it* will start. So, if you're asking me when the world population should start worrying, they should look at that."
Bill: "Are we ever going to get Obama holding a press conference, saying --"
Charles: "Not him. But somebody will."
Bill: "Do you have any estimate of when that would be?"
Charles: "No, because it's not a 'they,' is it? There are drips dropping in the bucket but I can't tell you how long it's going to take for the bucket to fill."
Bill: "So, it's a general direction..."
Charles: "Yes and meanwhile, the technology's coming on. It's getting better, more convincing and there's no hurry. Meanwhile make education suffer, to make the people denser --"
Bill: "-- and put additives in the food --"
Charles: "Oh! That's a whole other video. I know quite a lot about that. Because you know my diet..."
Bill: "Yeah, because you needed to keep yourself in good shape," [due to Charles' terminal illness].
